Heath Guarantee
We provide a 100% guarantee as to the health of our animals when shipped. This extends 72 hours from the delivery date provided you are home to sign for your delivery on the first attempt.
Sex Guarantee
We also guarantee the stated sex of your Ball Python(s) and will completely refund the price of your animal and shipping (provided you return the animal(s) in good health) or refund you the difference between the price of the sexes (male verse female) at your discretion.
Pricing
Web pricing is subject to change without notice. We will do our best to be as competitive as possible with the current market. If you have contacted us and we have agreed upon a price and you have provided a deposit of 25%, we will guarantee the agreed to price. If your deposit is being sent to reserve a future hatchling, the deposit is non refundable if we produce the ball python(s) you ordered within the agreed to timeframe. If your deposit is for a ball python in current inventory we will hold the animal for the prearranged period of time, if at the end of the prearranged time, you decide that you no longer want the snake or you have not completed the transaction, your deposit will not be refunded.
Payment
due in full before the ball python(s) will be shipped. We accept the following methods of payment at this time: PayPal (all credit cards), Cashiers check, Money order, or personal/business check (only with prior approval). Note: If you pay with a personal/business check, we will not ship the ball python(s) until the check has cleared.
Shipping
At this time we are only shipping to the lower 48 states within the United States of America. We prefer to ship Fed Ex Priority Next Day. We ship weather permitting and will work with you to ensure we pick a date that is best at both our locations. We will not ship once temperatures go below 50 degrees Fahrenheit or above 95 degree Fahrenheit. Please inspect the ball python(s) at the time of delivery for any issues or shipping damage. If a ball python(s) has expired (Dead on Arrival), you must notify us within 24 hours. You are required to take a picture of the snake and the packaging it arrived in and email to daniel@thesnakecompany.com along with a description of the conditions. If there are any other problems with the ball python(s), please contact us via voice or email within 72 hours.
All sales are considered final if you are not home to sign for the animal(s) at FIRST Delivery Attempt from the shipper, if you have signed for the animal(s) on delivery and failed to contact us about a Dead on Arrival within 24 hours and/or failed to contact us within 72 hours with any other issues.
